You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive an item to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused & in original condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Original packaging: All original packaging, accessories, tags, and boxes must be included.
- Quality issue: The return must be due to a verified quality issue, including:
- Manufacturing defect
- Damage occurring during transit
- Incorrect item sent by Solde Jane eiro
Note: Solde Jane eiro does not accept returns for change of mind.
Free Returns
Solde Jane eiro offers free return shipping for eligible returns. No restocking fee will be charged.
Return Process
- Contact customer service at info@soldejaneeiro.vip within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, the item name, and clear photos showing the quality issue.
- Once approved, you will receive a prepaid return shipping label via email within 1 business day.

Refund Timeline
- Processing: Within 1-2 business days after Solde Jane eiro receives and inspects the returned item.
- Refund to original payment method: The refund will appear on your statement within 7-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
