Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding US holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or US territories.

Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, Solde Jane eiro will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
